Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from conception to completion, to ensure they meet the highest quality standards, adhere to timelines, and stay within budget constraints.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management and owner's representation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
